Shipping Policy

  • We ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the orders.

  • We offer shipping service with Thai postal service or Kerry Express, which could arrive within 5 business days however please note delays can happen due to holidays and unexpected factors which are not under our control.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the tiers of the order value. 

  • Free shipping is applicable for all orders above 2000THB.

  • We ship to all provinces in Thailand.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept product returns.

  • Refunds will be possible if the products show clear defects (with your supply of visual evidence such as photos or videos).
