PAYMENT METHOD

We offer 2 payment methods:

– Bank transfer: Customers pay via Bank Transfer into our below account, with the following details:

Kasikorn Bank, Account name: CHENCHIRA NAMI, Account Number: 055-1-69826-2

After that let us know via phone or email once your payment is complete with the Order ID as reference. Please note that we can only process your order once we have received the complete 100% payment.

– Paypal: you can pay with your paypal account or credit card by choosing this option upon checkout.

SHIPPING METHOD

– EMS Shipping: The usual shipping method is EMS shipping.The cost for shipping per item (a box or bag of coffee) is 25 Baht, plus a handling fee of 25 Baht per order.

– Normal Shipping: We offer normal shipping via Thailand Post which is calculated at 15THB per item. And we also Free normal domestic Thailand shipping for any order with subtotal of 1,000 BAHT or greater (via Thailand Post). You will see this option available upon checkout process when you order 1,000THB or more.

EXPECTATION OF SHIPPING TIME AND DELIVERY

– Shipping time: After we receive the full payment of your order, we will process your order for shipping. It may take 1-3 working days for us to process and ship the product for you (excluding weekend and public holiday in Thailand).

– For EMS, the package can be delivered to you within 2-3 business days (excluding weekend and public holiday in Thailand).
– For normal shipping, the package can be delivered to you within 5-7 business days (excluding weekend and public holiday in Thailand).

However, sometimes with incidents that happen to the Thailand Post Office or long weekend and public holidays, your shipment may be delayed. You can use the tracking number to check with your local post office. We are happy to investigate as well if you do not receive the package but your local post office would be the best to look up for you.
